This Immunity Boosting Orange Smoothie packs a hefty dose of Vitamin C! It has a refreshing citrusy orange flavor with a hint of vanilla!

This Orange Smoothie is a one of my favorite smoothies this time of year, and a great way to start your day. If you are looking for a breakfast smoothie, or an afternoon pick-me-up this one is for you.




ORANGE SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh small orange, peeled

  • Ice Cubes

  • Milk (or your favorite milk substitute)

  • Plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

  • Honey

  • Vanilla Extract

How to Make an Orange Smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until creamy and smooth.

  2. Add a little more honey (or your favorite sweetener) if you'd like depending on personal preference.

  3. Add more liquid as needed get the blender to process well

  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.

Quick Tips for Best Results

  • Use fresh ripe juicy seedless orange for best results.

  • Use a strong blender that can easily cut through the ice and make a smooth smoothie.

  • Plain unsweetened Greek yogurt works great, but you could also use vanilla or orange yogurt if you prefer.
